Now i have total understanding of what is meant by "drinking is bad for your health".

Went out on Sunday night and had a slight drink. Just two glasses only, and nothing more. I thought should be fine because that is what i normally drink, but after the drink i feel a bit dizzy. I was weird, how come this time the alcohol is so strong?

When i went back home, that is when the terrible thing occur...(sound like some super serious issue when actually it is not LOL)

I woke up at 1.30am due to the terrible headache caused by the drink, and the whole of monday i did not have any nice feeling with me. AHHHHHHH.

So i now conclude that i hate alcohol. It is really bad when you feel like drunk. (or actually is drunk). the world seems to spin. But i was actually not considered drunk because i still very conscious and just experience headache. But that is enough for me. I will never want to feel what it means by getting really drunk.

Oh well, just have to be careful of how much drink i put in my mouth next time.

那天去卖中药的地方，看到了买花茶的地方。一堆的茉莉、桂花、菊花、玫瑰、薰衣草等等，据说都有很好的用处，如减肥、清热、明目、调养肠胃、降血压什么等等等等。好奇之下，买回来桂花茶，先喝喝看。

据说，桂花茶具有美白肌肤、排解体内毒素、止咳化痰、养生润肺的作用。刚好前段时间咳嗽感冒流鼻涕3个多礼拜，现在好不容易好点，就整天咳嗽，所以期望这茶有点功效。

不管怎么说，喝喝茶养生总是好的。

老天，我上次来这里是啥时？

LOL, ok I feel a huge and dying need to revive this place... going to university soon, so hope that this could be a place that i can share my daily deeds =D

Shall start with recent happenings. Hem, having US visa interview on 7 of June, hopefully everything goes well... I am afraid what if they don give me my visa?????? ahhhhh, hopefully that will not happen.
